Physiotherapist

Health Hub Physiotherapy is for adults aged 18 and over.

Physiotherapy helps people with problems in their muscles, joints, or bones. It looks at the whole person—not just the physical pain, but also how someone is feeling and what’s happening in their life. The goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, stay steady on their feet, and live more independently.

Physiotherapists also help people learn how to look after their health. They give advice on safe exercise, staying active, preventing injuries, and managing pain in a healthy way. They teach people how to avoid falls and make long-term changes to improve their wellbeing.

Physiotherapists work closely with doctors and other healthcare staff to support people with both new and long-term problems. If needed, they can help refer people to other services like MSK clinics, Occupational Therapy, or specialist teams for extra support.

At the Health Hub, our physiotherapist cannot refer for MRI scans or give hands-on treatments like massage.
